- Represented nonprofit organizations to establish legal entities and obtain tax exempt status and represented a nonprofit organization acting as a fiscal sponsor to dissolve and wind up its operations
- Represented companies in outsourcing information services, accounting, human resources and other corporate functions in utility, food and retail industries
