• Represented nonprofit organizations to establish legal entities and obtain tax exempt status and represented a nonprofit organization acting as a fiscal sponsor to dissolve and wind up its operations
• Represented companies in outsourcing information services, accounting, human resources and other corporate functions in utility, food and retail industries
• Represented retail companies, manufacturers, and utility companies with software acquisition and system integration arrangements for technology-driven functions including SAP implementations, customer information system implementations,  inventory and pricing system implementation
• Advise business clients and nonprofit organizations on all aspects of entity formation, corporate governance and day-to-day operations
• Prepare and negotiate business contracts, including consulting, purchasing, marketing, and distribution activities and confidentiality and non-competition matters

• Prepare and negotiate system integration contracts for technology-driven business functions, including customer information systems and application development and maintenance
• Prepare and negotiate software and other intellectual property licensing arrangements and software and hardware acquisition contracts
