About Lori

Lori King Stibb is a litigation and trial attorney with experience practicing insurance law, criminal law, real estate law, foreclosure actions, and foreclosure mediations. At Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing, Stibb focuses on commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.

Stibb has represented many mortgage lenders in all aspects of banking and finance actions as well as real estate title claims, foreclosures, mediations, bankruptcy/creditors rights, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau allegations.

Prior to joining AHFI, Stibb was an associate at Clay Chapman Iwamura Pulice & Nervell in Honolulu, Hawai`i, and an associate at McKenry Dancigers Dawson in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She served as a prosecutorial extern for the U.S. Attorney’s office in Memphis, Tennessee, and as an intern for the prosecutor’s office in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Stibb is a member of the American Bar Association and the Hawai’i State Bar Association. Stibb is also a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Tennessee. She received her J.D. from the University of Mississippi, and her B.A. at Louisiana State University.
