About Pamela

There’s a profound significance to environmental litigation in Hawai`i.  Pamela Bunn believes, “Protecting the kuleana users’ access to natural resources is almost more important than protecting the resource itself, because it’s also protecting their livelihood.”

Pam’s commercial litigation practice includes water rights, environmental and land use disputes. She has represented clients in disputes involving commercial leases, title issues, trade secrets protection, employment discrimination, and mergers and acquisitions. Pam is also experienced in appellate litigation, including administrative appeals, as well as mediation and arbitration.
