About Ronald

After graduating from Stanford Law School and clerking for a U.S. District Judge in San Francisco, in 1977 Ron joined the law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson in Los Angeles as a business litigator. In 2016, Ron retired after almost 40 years with Munger, Tolles. At Munger, Tolles, he provided trial court and appellate advice and litigation with respect to complex financial, contractual and corporate transactions, the federal securities laws, claims of fraud, real property disputes, claims of unfair business and trade practices, and class actions. After being retired for more than a year, and having moved to Hawai`i, Ron decided that he misses the intellectual stimulation and social interaction of practicing law, and he joined the firm.
