About Tim

Tim Partelow is an associate attorney focusing on commercial litigation and developing emerging legal markets in Hawai`i. Prior to joining Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing, Partelow served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Alexa D.M. Fujise at the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals. Tim graduated with a Juris Doctor and Asia-Pacific Legal Studies certificate from the William S. Richardson School of Law. As a student, Tim utilized his extensive experience overseas to undertake Chinese legal research, both as a research assistant and visiting student at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has provided legal translations for a number of entities both in the United States and Mainland China in the areas of intellectual property and land title law. Tim is professionally fluent in Mandarin Chinese and able to serve clients in both Chinese and English.
