- Advise individuals and businesses on selecting and forming a business entity (i.e., evaluating entity choices including limited liability entities, corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, choosing the state of organization, tax filings, drafting and filing necessary applications with governmental authorities, etc.)
- Assist in ancillary business filings with governmental authorities to operate a business (i.e., licenses and permits)
- Drafting and modification of entity documents (i.e., corporate articles of incorporation, bylaws, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, etc.)
